Hobbynox Chrome is a water-based airbrush paint that delivers a stunning chrome or metallic silver effect, depending on how it is backed or layered. It is non-toxic, flexible, and highly resistant to cracking, chipping, and impact damage.

Ideal for painting:

• RC Lexan® (polycarbonate) car bodies
• Fishing lures
• Helmets and model kits
• Decorative and custom airbrush projects

Chrome Effect Usage Tips:

• Use as a silver tone – faster drying and thinner than Pearl Silver
• Back with Solid Black – to achieve a deep satin chrome finish
• Apply over Transparent colors – for a rich metallic effect

Key Features:

• Water-based and non-toxic – safe for indoor use
• Adheres to multiple surfaces: Lexan®, plastic, wood, metal, fabric, glass, ceramic, poster board
• Best used with a 0.5 mm tip airbrush at 2.8–3.5 BAR
• Can be reduced with Hobbynox SP Reducer/Cleaner (up to 25%) for fine-line work
• Cures best with mild heat and airflow

• SP Reducer/Cleaner – to lower viscosity for finer spraying
• Intercoat-Clear 2-in-1 Cover Coat – for added protection and improved adhesion
