      Tamiya 1/10 RC Car Kit TT-01E | Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.5-16 Evo.II Team Zakspeed (DTM 1991)

      This model kit brings the classic Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.5-16 Evolution II bodywork back to life in a new livery, this time in the legendary Team Zakspeed racing colours. The car's design is based on the car that competed in the 1991 DTM season, driven by a young Michael Schumacher in the number 20, achieving remarkable success early in his career.

      The model's main sponsor, the now defunct Daimler-Benz subsidiary debis, gave the car its distinctive and recognisable look, which remains one of the most iconic in DTM history to this day.

      Tamiya TT-01 Type-E – Advanced 4WD Chassis

      The TT-01 Type-E chassis is based on an advanced shaft-driven 4WD system, with the engine and battery positioned low for optimal center of gravity and balance. The tub frame construction features a fiberglass-reinforced nylon upper deck and transmission covers for increased rigidity and durability.

      A three-piece steering rack provides precise and smooth steering, while the four-wheel double wishbone suspension and front and rear differentials provide a stable and balanced driving experience. The TT-01 Type-E chassis is a great base for both the beginner and experienced modeler, and can be further enhanced with a variety of Hop-Up Options.
