Beschreibung
The Absima X-Racer #10011 is a 1:24 scale rear-wheel-drive (2WD) RTR drift RC car, designed for indoor driving on smaller, smooth surfaces such as living rooms, offices, garages or indoor RC tracks. With a top speed of around 20 km/h, fully proportional controls and built-in ESP electronic stability control / gyro, the X-Racer is easy to control while still offering plenty of fun for more experienced drivers.
The X-Racer comes as a nearly complete RTR package, including the RC car, 2.4 GHz transmitter, removable 3.7 V 300 mAh LiPo battery, USB charging cable and an additional set of drift wheels. You only need 2 × AA batteries for the transmitter.
Why Choose the Absima X-Racer?
- 1:24 scale – compact enough for indoor driving
- 2WD rear-wheel drive – ideal for learning controlled drifting
- ESP / gyro stabilisation – helps keep the rear-wheel-drive car under control
- Fully proportional steering and throttle – smooth acceleration, braking and steering
- Top speed around 20 km/h
- Adjustable maximum speed from the transmitter – useful for beginners
- 8520 coreless brushed motor
- 2.4 GHz radio system – several cars can be driven at the same time
- Removable LiPo battery – allows the use of a spare battery
- Drift wheels included – quickly switch between regular driving and drifting
ESP Stabilisation Helps Keep the Car Under Control
The Absima X-Racer features an integrated Electronic Stability Program (ESP), which works similarly to a gyro system used in many RC drift cars.
The system detects sideways movement of the rear of the car and automatically makes steering corrections to improve stability.
This makes the compact rear-wheel-drive X-Racer easier to drive, especially for beginners, while also helping during controlled drifting.
Ideal for Indoor Driving and Drifting
Thanks to its compact 1:24 scale, the X-Racer is well suited for indoor use. A living room, office, garage or smooth indoor track can quickly become a small RC racing circuit.
With the regular wheels fitted, the car can be used for fast touring-style driving. Install the included drift wheels to reduce tyre grip and practise controlled slides.
We have also tested the X-Racer ourselves. For such a small RC car it is surprisingly quick, while the proportional controls and ESP system make it much easier to drive than a typical toy-grade RC car.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Absima X-Racer suitable for beginners?
Yes. The X-Racer features proportional steering and throttle, ESP stabilisation and adjustable maximum speed from the transmitter. This makes it possible to reduce the speed while learning.
Are the battery and charger included?
Yes. The package includes a removable 3.7 V 300 mAh LiPo battery and USB charging cable. You only need two AA batteries for the transmitter.
How fast is the Absima X-Racer?
The maximum speed is approximately 20 km/h. The maximum speed can also be limited from the transmitter.
Can the Absima X-Racer drift?
Yes. The X-Racer is a rear-wheel-drive touring/drift RC car and includes a separate set of drift wheels. The built-in ESP/gyro helps keep the car under control during slides.
Where is the best place to drive the X-Racer?
The compact 1:24 scale is best suited for relatively smooth indoor surfaces. Driving characteristics will depend on the surface and which wheel set is fitted.
Can several X-Racers be driven at the same time?
Yes. The 2.4 GHz radio system allows several compatible RC cars to be driven together without the frequency conflicts associated with older radio systems.
