The RX-493i supports both SUR (Super/Ultra Response) and SXR (Extreme Response) modes, providing the lowest possible control latency when paired with compatible Sanwa transmitters and high-speed servos.

Built-in Signal Strength Indicator Support

Compared to the standard RX-493, the RX-493i adds support for Sanwa’s Indicator Function. When used with a compatible transmitter, you can monitor signal strength in real time, making it easier to determine the optimal receiver position and identify potential reception issues caused by chassis layout or electronics placement.

When used with FHSS5 transmitters that do not support the Indicator Function, the RX-493i operates exactly like the standard RX-493 receiver.

Telemetry and SSL Compatible

The RX-493i supports Sanwa telemetry as well as SSL (Sanwa Synchronised Link), allowing compatible Sanwa ESCs, including the Super Vortex series, to be configured directly from the transmitter.

• Note: RPM and temperature sensing are only available when used with compatible Sanwa Super Vortex ESCs.
