This is the Ultimate Racing 1/8 off road Tire Stick Organizer. These Sticks allow drivers to easily organize sets of four tires together for storage without mixing them up with other sets.

To use, simply slide the mounted tires down the stick and position them so the last tire has the hex facing outward as shown in one of the images.
