4WD: parem haakumine pehmel rajal (mulla, kruus, vihm), stabiilsem alustajatele. 2WD: kergem, kiirem reageering, klassikaline buggy-tunne. Pro-võistlejad valivad sõltuvalt rajatingimustest.

Iga 2-3 aasta tagant Xray teeb suure uuenduse. XB4’19 ja XB4’22 osad pole sageli sobivad. XB4’22-’24 sageli sobivad omavahel. Kontrolli alati osa-kirjeldust.

Drive-shafts (purunevad löögil), CVD-d (Constant Velocity Drive ühendused), shock-tower’id (kõva-maandumine), A-arm’id. Need on tüüpilised tagavara-vajadused võistleja jaoks.

Iga 30-50 sõidupäeva — lahti võtta, puhasta, asenda diff’i õli. Front-diff: sageli pakum 5K-15K cSt. Center diff: 10K-20K cSt. Rear diff: 3K-7K cSt. Sõltub rajakonditsioonidest.

Ei — liiga kiire ja võimas. XB4 on välja-võistlustasanditel. Siseruumi: vali Mini-Z või 1:16 micro-buggy nagu Losi Mini-B.
