Description

The Absima Mini AMT 1:16 4WD is a compact and fast monster truck that makes an excellent first hobby-grade RC model. Four-wheel drive, a durable drivetrain and a top speed of over 36 km/h provide plenty of fun for both beginners and more experienced drivers. The truck arrives fully assembled and includes a rechargeable battery and USB charger, so only three AA batteries for the transmitter are required.

The Mini AMT is powered by a high-performance brushed motor and a 40A speed controller with overheat protection. Two differentials, a fully ball-bearing-supported drivetrain, an aluminium centre driveshaft and front CVD drive shafts transfer power efficiently to all four wheels. Large monster truck tires, 45 mm of ground clearance and the included wheelie bar make it suitable for driving on gravel, hard-packed dirt, short grass and other mixed surfaces.

The included 2.4GHz transmitter allows the steering trim and maximum speed to be adjusted using rotary controls. This makes it easy to reduce the performance for a beginner and gradually increase the speed as driving skills improve. LED headlights improve visibility, while splash-proof electronics allow the truck to be used in slightly damp conditions. A fully charged 7.4V 1500mAh Li-Ion battery provides approximately 20 minutes of driving time.
