Owner of the Online Store RC-Modelshop.eu (hereinafter “Online Store”)

The owner of the online store RC-Modelshop.eu is OÜ RAVILTOS (registry code 10578941), located at Uus tn 6, Lääne-Virumaa, Rakvere, and with its place of business at Ringtee 4, Taaravainu, Lääne-Virumaa, 44420.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

The sales conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.
The delivery cost depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the product is provided directly next to the item in the Online Store.

Placing an Order

To order a product, the desired items must be added to the shopping cart.
To finalize the order, the required data fields must be filled out and a suitable delivery method selected. The screen will then display the total amount payable, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment method.
The contract comes into force upon the receipt of the amount due to the Online Store’s bank account.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery fees) will be refunded generally within 1–2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following destinations: EU and non-EU countries.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
In Estonia, products are delivered within 1–3 business days. International delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on the destination.
Note: Customs duties and time-consuming customs procedures may apply in non-EU countries. Note: Deliveries may take longer during national holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
International delivery times depend on the shipping company and customs procedures and may take up to 30 days, although delivery usually does not exceed 1–2 weeks based on our data.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days.
If the Online Store has notified the buyer of delivery problems and a period exceeding 30 calendar days, the timeframe announced by the Online Store applies.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered product may only be used in a way necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item – as allowed when testing in a physical store.
If the returned product is not unused and in its original packaging with all accompanying items, OÜ Raviltos has the right to offset the reduction in the product’s value from the refund amount. An offset notification will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering. If you disagree with the offset value, you may involve an independent expert to assess the reduction in value. The costs of the expert evaluation are borne by the requester, except where one party’s claim is clearly unfounded – in which case the party with the unfounded claim bears the cost.
To return a product, a withdrawal application must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. The application can be free-form and must be sent via email. It must include the invoice number, product code, and reason for withdrawal.
The cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer unless the reason for return is that the product does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the item within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof of having handed the item over to a courier within that period.
The Online Store will refund the buyer immediately upon receipt of the returned item, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the item is returned or proof of return is provided, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has chosen a delivery method different from the Online Store’s standard and cheapest option, the Online Store is not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from the sales agreement and demand the return of goods if the item’s price was mistakenly listed significantly below market value.

Right to Submit a Complaint

Due to the nature of the products, there is no usage warranty unless otherwise stated in the product description.

OÜ Raviltos is not liable for:

  • Damage or deterioration caused by the buyer;
  • Defects resulting from improper use;
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

If a product is found to be defective or not conforming to requirements, please notify RC-Modelshop by email at info@rcmodelshop.com.
In addition to warranty rights, you also have statutory rights.
The buyer must contact the Online Store within two months of discovering a defect, either by emailing info@rcmodelshop.com or calling +37255995479.
The Online Store is not liable for defects arising after the goods have been handed over to the buyer due to their actions (incorrect usage, accidents, etc.) or due to normal wear and tear.
If the product purchased has a defect for which the Online Store is responsible, it will repair or replace the item. If repair or replacement is not possible, all contract-related fees will be refunded.
The Online Store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a reproducible form within 15 days.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints, they must be sent to info@rcmodelshop.com or by calling +37255995479.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. More information and the application form can be found here.
The Consumer Disputes Committee resolves disputes arising from contracts between buyers and the Online Store. Submitting a complaint to the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also contact the EU online dispute resolution platform.
