Description

The Traxxas TRX-4 Chevrolet K10 combines the classic looks of the 1979 Chevrolet K10 with the proven off-road capability of the TRX-4 platform. Its officially licensed Chevrolet body features scale details including chrome bumpers, side mirrors, door handles, windshield wipers, and authentic graphics. A clipless body mounting system keeps the exterior clean and realistic while making battery access quick and easy.

Unlike many fully equipped Traxxas TRX-4 models, the K10 92154-4 uses a simpler and lighter single-speed drivetrain with permanently locked front and rear axles. This reduces overall weight and keeps the center of gravity lower while ensuring maximum traction is always available at all four wheels. The extended 336 mm wheelbase also provides excellent stability on trails, steep climbs, and technical terrain.

TRX-4 portal axles provide 80 mm of center ground clearance while improving axle geometry and reducing driveshaft stress and torque twist. The 1.9″ Canyon Trail tires use Traxxas’ soft S1 rubber compound for dependable grip on rocks, dirt, roots, and forest trails, while aluminum GTS oil-filled shocks deliver smooth and controlled suspension performance.

Power comes from a durable Titan 550 21T brushed motor paired with the waterproof XL-5 HV electronic speed controller. The ESC supports both 2S and 3S LiPo batteries as well as 6–7 cell NiMH packs and includes dedicated Trail and Crawl driving profiles. Steering is handled by a waterproof Traxxas 2075X digital high-torque servo with metal gears.

The K10 body is ready for optional LED headlights and tail lights and can be upgraded with the Traxxas Pro Scale LED light system. With waterproof electronics, a steel ladder-frame chassis, sealed ball bearings, and proven TRX-4 construction, the Chevrolet K10 is ready for year-round trail driving and crawling.
