The model is compatible with both 7.2V NiMH and 7.4V LiPo batteries. For longer runtime, reduced weight, and improved performance, we recommend using a 2S LiPo battery together with a suitable LiPo charger. The TT-02 battery compartment accommodates most standard stick-pack style LiPo batteries.

The real 1998 Ford Escort WRC was powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine producing around 300 horsepower and was one of Ford’s most recognizable rally cars of the era.
